I am a finance executive with more than 20 years of experience building, structuring, and executing across real estate development, capital markets, and business operations. That work covers acquisitions, development, debt and equity raises, and dispositions across multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use property.

I came up through deals: underwriting, capital structuring, and development execution, and then moved into finance leadership. That path gives me a practical understanding of how financial outcomes are actually created, not just how they are reported. I do my best work building and owning the finance function inside a capital-intensive business, where financial discipline and execution are tightly linked.

My legal training adds another layer. I identify risk early and work effectively in structuring and negotiating transactions.
